Get what you pay for!
Your clients don't want to pay for reporting services they can't use, and neither do you. REAL realtime is clean, conflict-free, readable realtime provided by a highly skilled, seasoned reporter ... a reporter who can not only write stellar realtime but can also troubleshoot problems with connections and displays when they arise. And I always bring two extra laptops to every job. There's no reason to EVER miss a realtime hookup!

All realtime is NOT created equal!
Letters after the reporter's name do not assure quality services. A simple willingness to write realtime is not enough. Realtime standards indicate only a minimum competence, not excellence. Although I proudly hold the RPR, RMR, CRR and RDR, I believe it's not what you SAY you can do, it's what you CAN do that counts!
